Repeat prescription requests are taken between 10am & 12pm. Alternatively you can tick items needed on the right hand side of your prescription and drop this into the red post-box inside our porch or email at any time mail to: Scripts.Z00627@gp.hscni.net

Please include the following in your email: 

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Address
• Contact Number
• Name of Repeat Medication Required

The prescription usually takes 48 hours to be processed so please don’t let your medicines run out.

Please note prescriptions requests received whilst the practice is closed (after 5pm, weekends & bank holidays) will not be ready for a minimum of 2 working days.

Acute prescriptions are issued after direct consultation with a doctor. Occasionally acute prescriptions can be requested by telephone, although this is normally only for simple symptomatic remedies.

Antibiotics should not be requested by telephone, and will only be issued to children under 12 years following direct consultation with a doctor.
