Prescription requests are taken between 10am & 1pm. Alternatively you can bring your request to reception or email at any time  

The prescription usually takes 24 hours to be processed so please don’t let your medicines run out.


Please note prescriptions requests received whilst the practice is closed (after 5pm, weekends & bank holidays) will not be ready for a minimum of 1 working day.

Acute prescriptions are issued in direct consultation with a doctor. Occasionally acute prescriptions can be requested by telephone, although this is normally only for simple symptomatic remedies.

Antibiotics should not be requested by telephone, and will only be issued to children under 12 years following direct consultation with a doctor.
