Between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, urgent requests will be given prompt attention by the receptionists and the doctors will be informed.

From 6.00pm until 8.30am, Monday to Friday, all day on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays, emergency medical services are available through Western Urgent Care. 

They now operate from the Outpatients Dept at Altnagelvin Hospital. Patients who ring the surgery number outside normal surgery hours will hear a recorded message with the appropriate telephone number.
