Please inform your doctor or nurse if you are, or have, a carer. It is important that carers' needs are also identified and we can offer support and advice to carers in their important role.
We are offering flu vaccination by appointment. Patients aged 65 years or older, pregnant women, carers, and those with chronic illness should be vaccinated against flu every year.
- Whooping cough vaccine for pregnant women
We are offering pertussis (whooping cough) vaccination to all pregnant women who are 28 weeks pregnant or more, following the increase in whooping cough cases across Northern Ireland. This aims to protect newborn babies from the complications of this infection. Please ask your midwife, nurse or doctor for more information.
